Passive Road Safety Footprint

This is a status given to a user (natural or juristic) with no activity on their road use profile or hasn’t gathered enough credit to be ranked above this category.

Good Road Safety Footprint

A user with enough credit points based on positive encounters on the Road Transport System; going for prescribed periods with no negative outcomes from their road interactions; and for processes, contributions and training programs given/taken to improve interactions in the Road Transport System.

Good With Merit Road Safety Footprint

A user with enough credit points based on positive encounters on the Road Transport System; going for prescribed periods with no negative outcomes from their road interactions; and for processes, contributions and training programs given/taken to improve interactions in the Road Transport System.

Actively participating in making roads safe and doing more to improve the overall safety of the Road Transport System.

Going through prescribed activities to gain enough credit to pass a threshold of being good with merit.

Bad Road Safety Footprint

Assigned to a user, vehicle or custodian of infrastructure that has enough negative outcomes from road encounters which outweigh positive encounters.

Hazardous Road Safety Footprint

Assigned to a user, vehicle or custodian of infrastructure after accruing enough negative points to pass the Hazardous threshold.
